Lievik Atelier Receives Appreciation from the Rector of ITB at Adicitra Ganesha 2025

A meaningful milestone for Lievik Atelier came during the appreciation evening of Adicitra Ganesha 2025, when Lievik Atelier received appreciation directly from Prof. Dr. Ir. Tatacipta Dirgantara, M.T., Rector of Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB).

Held at ITB's Ganesha Campus in Bandung, Adicitra Ganesha 2025 was an art exhibition and auction presented under the theme “Apresiasi, Representasi, Transformasi” (Appreciation, Representation, Transformation). The event brought together artists, designers, and creative practitioners, celebrating the role of art and design in cultural development while supporting the sustainability of higher education through the ITB Endowment Fund.

For Lievik Atelier, this moment of appreciation represents an encouraging recognition of our ongoing exploration of Indonesian metal craftsmanship and contemporary design. Rooted in traditional forging techniques and an experimental approach to material, our practice seeks to create a dialogue between inherited knowledge and contemporary expression.

We are grateful for this recognition and for the opportunity to be part of a platform that connects art, design, education, and cultural contribution. It strengthens our commitment to carrying Indonesian craftsmanship forward through continued experimentation, collaboration, and making.
