Looking for a commissioned artwork, site-specific installation, or custom metal artwork for a residence, hotel, restaurant, gallery, office, or architectural space? Lievik Atelier develops one-of-a-kind metal artworks in response to the place they are made for.

We work with art collectors, architects, interior designers, artists, hospitality projects, and creative teams to develop sculptural installations and architectural metal elements that consider the character of the space, from scale and proportion to material, construction, and finish.

Based in Bandung, Indonesia, our practice combines traditional metalworking techniques with contemporary design and material exploration. Each commission is developed specifically for its intended site, whether it is a statement artwork for an interior, a sculptural feature within an architectural project, or a larger site-specific installation.
Project Workflow
We prepare a project quotation based on the agreed scope, materials, dimensions, fabrication requirements, finishing, and installation needs.
Once the design, quotation, timeline, and payment terms are approved, the project moves into production.

QUOTATION & APPROVAL
Once the direction is clear, we determine the appropriate materials and making techniques. Depending on the work, this may involve forging, welding, cutting, forming, soldering, surface treatment, or a combination of traditional and contemporary metalworking processes.
For larger or more complex works, we may develop samples or prototypes before moving into full production

MATERIAL & FABRICATION
We look at the space where the work will live. We discuss the architecture, interior, location, scale, function, viewing distance, surrounding materials, and intended experience.
For site-specific artwork, the site isn't just where the artwork goes—it becomes part of the work.

SITE & CONTEXT
Tell us about your project and what you have in mind. You can send drawings, reference images, sketches, site plans, dimensions, photographs, or a simple description of the artwork you're looking for.

THE BRIEF

FABRICATION
The artwork is made in our Bandung workshop. Metal is cut, formed, forged, joined, assembled, and finished according to the approved design.
For larger installations, the work may be fabricated in several sections to make transportation and installation more manageable.
6.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
The completed artwork is prepared for delivery and, where included in the project scope, installed on site.
The final result is not simply a piece made in our workshop. It is an artwork developed to belong to a particular space, architecture, and context.
